How itworks

Most people have had a repair take longer than they were told, for more than they expected, with no way to find out why. This is how we run it instead: just a car, and where it is up to.

The crew scans your car at every stage it moves into. That scan is what updates your page, so what you see is not a summary somebody types up at the end of the day. It is the shop itself.

  • Every stage, the moment the car reaches it
  • Photos taken at the car, not staged for the website
  • Extra damage priced on its own, for you to approve or decline
  • The due date, and a message from us if it ever moves
  • Your estimate and your invoice, to download whenever you want them

Every panel with damage on it gets marked and photographed. If something looks like it might be hiding more, we say so then rather than later.

The questionswe get

The ones the counter answers most. If yours is not here, ask us below.

Do you work with insurance?

Yes. Bring us the claim number and your adjuster's details when you drop the car off and we deal with them directly. You still see every line of the estimate, and nothing is done to your car without your approval.

What does an estimate cost?

Nothing. We walk the car, photograph the damage and price the work. You get the estimate to keep whether or not you have the repair done here.

How long will my car be here?

It depends on the panels and on parts. What we will not do is guess — you get a finish date once the work is approved and the parts are confirmed, and you hear from us if anything moves it.

Can I see what is happening to my car?

Yes, and that is the part we are proudest of. Every car has its own page: the stage it is at right now, photos as the work goes on, the estimate, and the date it is due back. You get a login when the car is checked in.

Do I need an appointment?

For an estimate, no — come by during opening hours. For the repair itself we book a drop-off day so the car goes straight into the shop instead of sitting on the lot.

Will the paint match?

We mix to your car's own paint code and spray in a downdraft booth, then blend into the neighboring panels so there is no line where the repair stops. If it does not match, it does not leave.

Is the work guaranteed?

Our workmanship is. We also sell extended coverage on paint and protection work, priced on the estimate so you can see exactly what it costs before you decide.

Do you do more than collision?

Paintless dent repair, hail, glass, wheels, detailing, ceramic coatings, liquid paint protection, spray-on wraps and the mechanical work a collision leaves behind. If we do not do it, we will tell you who does.
